CEKAP TECHNICAL SERVICES SDN BHD (CEKAP) fully comply all applicable laws and principles, best industry practices and standards in Malaysia and upholds the business ethics policies in all their business practices to ensure integrity, credibility and professionalism in CEKAP. CEKAP implemented all applicable laws and principles which the regulations are detailed in policies for each of the employees, the Directors of CEKAP and third parties including any person performing works or services for and on behalf of CEKAP to adhere to these regulations.
Any persons found to be in breach of these policies shall be subject to CEKAP’s disciplinary actions up to and including termination of contract and shall be reported to the applicable government agencies.

ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION
In compliance with the principles in Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (MACC Act 2009) (Amendment 2018), CEKAP adopts the Anti-bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and Guidelines to govern and protect CEKAP from any bribe and corruption activities which may affect the business operation.
CEKAP prohibited the act of offering, promising, giving, authorising, requesting, accepting or agreeing to any payment directly or indirectly, of any bribe to or from any employee, official or agent of any government, commercial entity or individual in connection with the business or activities of CEKAP.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING, ANTI-TERRORISM FINANCING AND PROCEEDS OF UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES
In compliance with the anti-money laundering obligations enshrined in the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLATFA) which is imposed by the government, CEKAP will take necessary steps to assist in detecting, preventing and eradicating any suspected activity that may affect the business operation.

CEKAP is committed in exercising fair trade and honest business competition activity by adopting the principles under the applicable laws in all business operations to safeguard the process of free and fair competition in commercial markets opportunities, the benefit of consumer welfare, efficiency of enterprises and the development of the economy as a whole

HUMAN RIGHTS
CEKAP aims that its business operations to fully comply with applicable human rights principles by recognizing each individual’s human rights and will not tolerate any form of discrimination against or by our employees.
Therefore, CEKAP takes strict measures to safeguard and enhance the protection of Human Rights in all our business operations to be in line with the obligations under the laws.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
CEKAP recognize the importance and the responsibility to properly managing and protects the personal data provided during the course of business operations and is committed in ensuring that all our employees (permanent and contract) and third parties to uphold these obligations pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.

WHISTLEBLOWING
In-line with its commitment in conducting business operations based on the principles of integrity, fairness, honesty, safety, confidentiality and to safeguard the business, CEKAP adopts a safe environment for whistleblowers to act appropriately without fear or favour by encouraging whistleblowers to report any genuine concerns including improper conduct, breach of legal obligations or violations of laws and illegal practices which may affect CEKAP’s business operations.
With that, CEKAP respects and protects the identity of the whistleblowers and is against any act or attempt by any person to retaliate, threaten or coerce the whistleblowers in his course of reporting such concerns.
